The daith piercing is also a type of ear piercing. This is the piercing of the small tab of cartilage closest to the face. This piercing is usually fitted with a captive bead ring, although some individuals choose to wear a barbell in the piercing. The gauge is usually quite small due to the small space in which the jewellery must pass!
